One Chassis, One Model, One Price
The ONE is the ultimate 3.5T work box. Designed and built to all the Emerald Horseboxes highest standards and including a brand new 130bhp Renault Master or Nissan NV400 (power transmission upgrades available). No breast bar makes travelling unpredictable horses safer, or more comfortable for the horses on longer journeys. Finished in a choice of colours the ONE lends itself well to having your company logo or racing colours in vinyl. With weight a priority, the ONE boasts and empty weight of approximately 2400kg.
Our one piece composite floor has been specially designed by Emerald Horseboxes, and fabricated for our flooring purposes. Anti-Corrosion guarantee with a double layer honeycomb with GRP outer skins and anti-slip coating which has also been designed with jet washing and longevity in mind.
Long stall partitions, with no breast bar for more unpredictable horses or for comfortable travelling on long distances. H partitions allow the partition to be held three quarters open for easier tacking up.
The hinging sniffer-board makes separating the horse heads easy. The compact separate living area means that tack and belongings stay clean and secure away from the horses. The area lends itself well to one of our fully moulded glass fibre bench seats with storage (with the option of our fully bench seat with seat storage box in the tack area). The stainless steel ramp closing arms makes shutting the ramp easy and the super light steel framed under-sprung ramp makes lifting effortless.
Or if payload is critical, the area can be left empty to keep the weight down and give maximum area for storage.
Moving away from the traditional coachbuilding method, we have designed a totally new and innovative captive aluminium sill section. Encasing the floor, walls and chassis sills to give total strength holding our 25mm insulated composite panels firmly in place.
The captive cant rail finishes the structure and our all-round strengthening rails add to the overall safety of the box, no matter how difficult a traveler on-board.
